Founded in 1997, Ripton Realty Pte Ltd has grown from a small establishment to a prominent privately owned real estate company based in Singapore. Beyond Singapore, Ripton Realty also works with property developers in the Asia Pacific region to bring projects and services to our clients globally.
With expanding interests in commercial, retail, industrial and residential real estate, Ripton Realty gives the highest priority to the location when making decisions regarding real estate. In 2013, Ripton Realty moved into its new premises at CT Hub. With well located premises and better office infrastructure, we hope to build a stronger and bigger team and serve our clients better.

Chua Yong Kang, Founder & KEO
Mr Chua has over 30 years of experience in real estate encompassing residential, commercial and industrial properties.
He founded Ripton Realty Pte Ltd in 1997 and, under his stewardship, has grown the company significantly to also include expatriate relocation and asset management services.
He leads a team of more than 40 highly experienced salespersons and has also established very strong working relations with industry stakeholders.
Mr Chua is frequently quoted by the media on industry-leading initiatives taken by Ripton including compliance and technology-adoption programmes.
He has also been approached by many developers across the Asia Pacific region for marketing collaborations and to also leverage on his vast potential customer outreach here and in South East Asia.
Amber Loke, Head of Research
Amber leads Ripton Realty’s market studies and research work. With more than 15 years of experience in project management and property management, her approach lies in applying her comprehensive knowledge and helping others take on a different perspective and make better decisions.
Her academic interests focus on urban planning and infrastructure related to real estate trends. Amber received her Bachelor of Science (Building) and her Masters in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
Florence Neo, Head of Finance and Admin
Florence is a certified RMC and CIPM and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has over three decades of experience in financial and accounting management, and is also a multiple-industry practitioner who has been a steady contributor to many firms and SMEs in the areas of accounting, finance, HR, admin processes and systems improvement.
B K Ng, Corporate Adviser
Mr Boon Khee Ng is a multiple-industry practitioner of over three decades, and has contributed to many global corporations, regional enterprises and SMEs and developed many of their leadership and working teams.
B K holds a Masters degree in Business and is a certified Senior PMC and a qualified CIPM, an Enterprise Singapore recognized consultant (CQI) and a Personal Data Protection Management advisor (for PDPA compliance).
Cassandra Tan, Head Administrator
Cassandra overseas the administrative and operational matters in Ripton Realty. She plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems, ensuring that the company’s workflows are efficient and productive. Cassandra ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company and to salespersons to facilitate business operations. She also manages schedules and deadlines and is the key personnel for all financial and administrative issues.
Alicia Chua, Project Sales Coordinator
Alicia graduated from NUS Business School, specialising in Marketing and Finance. After graduation, she worked in the telecommunications and e-commerce industries with experience in product, go-to-market and segment marketing.
Alicia’s marketing knowledge and experience has served to be useful in bringing out the unique selling points of each property. She is also able to utilise various marketing and digital tools to provide maximum outreach and exposure for owners and sellers alike.
Alicia has been actively involved in new project launches, with her taking on the role as the Project Sales Coordinator. She is in-charge of marketing pitches to developers and conceptualising marketing plans for these new launches. She is also tasked to train the salespersons for these new launches.
